Buscopan Cramps Tablets are usually taken four times daily by adults and children older than 12 years. IBS symptoms can be treated with just one tablet thrice a day. If necessary, take two tablets four times a day.

Buscopan Cramps Tablets recommended for children of 6-12 years old is one tablet thrice a day. However, the dosage should not be increased for children aged 6 to 12 years. Buscopan Cramps Tablets are not recommended for children below 6 years of age.

Consult your doctor if you feel any of the following while taking this medication:

red and painful eye
headache
loss of vision
seeing haloes around lights

Do not use Buscopan Cramps Tablets if you have or ever had:

an abnormally large or dilated large intestines;
a condition called myasthenia gravis (abnormal muscle weakness);
closed-angle glaucoma; or
fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltose insufficiency.
