The easy to apply, single use patches last for eight hours and can be worn on clothing or bedding, making them perfect for night time use

  • Open the sachet carefully and remove the patch.
  • Remove the clear protective cover from the patch to allow the essential oils to be released.
  • Apply the sticky side of the patch to the child's clothes (preferably near the chest area).
  • Remove the patch at the end of the application (e.g. in the morning).
