How to take Metatone Tonic

Take Metatone Tonic two or three times a day, before meals. The amount you will need to take will depend on your age:

Adults and children over 12: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls. Do not take more than 30ml a day
Children aged 6 - 12: Take one 5ml spoonful. Do not take more than 15ml a day
