Alternatively, you may be advised to take 100mg (one capsule) nightly from day 1 to day 25 of each cycle. Continue taking your oestrogen HRT daily.

  • Avoid taking Utrogestan with food
  • Take oestrogen HRT at the same time as Utrogestan
  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it’s near the time of your next dose. Skip the missed dose if so.
