Galpharm Cold Sore Cream is for the treatment of cold sores on the lips and face. This handy small tube is ideal for keeping in the handbag, office drawer and in the bathroom cabinet. 

Apply at the first sign of a cold sore tingle, which is commonly asscociated with the first stages of a cold sore developing, and continue to apply regularly throughout the day. You can repeat this process for up to five more days.

Adults and children: Apply a thin film of cream to the infected area and surrounding skin five time daily at intervals of approximately 4 hours for five days. If the infection is not healed, you can continue the treatment for five more days.

Active ingredient: Aciclovir 5% w/w.
Also contains: Arlatone 983S, Dimeticone, Cetyl Alcohol, Liquid Parafin, White Soft Paraffin, Propylene Glycol and Purified Water.

Warnings
If your cold sore gets worse or is not healed within 10 days, see your doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if your cold sore is very severe, you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you know your immune system is weakened.
