Aspirin can make your asthma worse. You should not use aspirin or any other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) while you are receiving montelukast.

stomach pain
tiredness
diarrhoea
difficulty breathing or swallowing;

itching;
rash;
hives;
blistering, peeling, or shedding skin; or
flu-like symptoms, rash, pins and needles or numbness in the arms or legs, pain and swelling of the sinuses, ear pain, fever.
