The GlucoRx Nexus Test Strips are easy to use. Follow the instructions carefully:

Wash and dry your hands;
Prepare the lancing device;
Look at the 'use by date' on the test strip container, do not use test strips past the 'use by date';
Insert the test strip fully into the slot of the metre until it stops going further, and when the strip is fully inserted, the metre will perform the test;
Collect a blood sample, sufficient enough for the test to provide accurate results;
Touch the blood drop with the absorbent hole of the test strip, and wait
until the confirmation window is fully covered, the metre will start counting down;
After a few seconds, the metre will display your blood glucose level;
The last reading is automatically saved in the metre; and
Remove and discard the used test strip. After a successful test, the metre turns itself off 5 seconds after the test strip is removed.

An incorrectly performed blood glucose test may lead to incorrect test results that can cause the wrong therapy recommendation to be made and thus produce serious adverse health effects.
