Place the ring between your index finger and thumb;

Place the rings on the opposite sides;

You can either lie down, squat or stand on one leg depending on what position is most comfortable for you;

Push the ring as far as you can into the vagina;

For 3 weeks, keep the ring in its place; and

After three weeks, take the ring off by putting your index finger under the forward rim and pull it out.

Five days after your first period, insert a ring in your vagina. The ring should be kept in place for three weeks. Remove the ring after 3 weeks and wait for your bleeding to stop.
