You can do this for three weeks, then you have seven days without the patch (which will protect you against pregnancy).

Your EVRA should be changed on the same day each week. Never wear the same EVRA for more than seven days consecutively. You should only wear one patch at a time. Do not trim or alter them. Make sure you only apply the patches to a place that isn't irritated or red. Do not use creams, oils or lotions on the same area. You can avoid irritation by applying your next patch in a different spot than the one you used previously.

Each 20 cm2 EVRA Transdermal Patch contains 600 micrograms ethinyl oestradiol and 6 mg norelgestromin.
