Formulated for adults aged 18 years and over, Berocca Effervescent Tablets are packed full of B vitamins to help you feel like "you but on a really good day", without the need for caffeine, sugar or artificial stimulants. They contain vitamin B1 which is scientifically proven to help release your natural energy from food and vitamin B5 which aids mental performance, as well as the other six B vitamins to help you stay on top form. The great tasting formula also includes vitamin C to support the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress and magnesium to support electrolyte balance.

Berocca Effervescent Tablets are free from caffeine, yeast, lactose and contain only 6-8kcal and an average of just 0.02g of sugar (depending on flavour). They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Berocca Effervescent Tablets are available in orange, tropical and mixed berries flavours.
