Bacterial Vaginosis is caused by an imbalance in the naturally occurring bacteria within the vagina, which is why Balance Activ BV Vaginal Gel provides the nutrients that encourage the growth of good bacteria, which help to neutralise embarrassing odour, relieve abnormal discharge and alleviate discomfort. It also maintains the natural pH balance of the vagina to prevent recurrence in the long term.

Balance Activ BV Vaginal Gel comes in disposable applicator tubes, making it quick, easy and convenient to apply just the right amount.

Twist off the cap of the tube. Insert the neck of the tube into the vagina, and squeeze out the contents. Remove and dispose of the tube. For best results, use at bedtime when the risk of leakage is reduced.
  • For effective relief of Bacterial Vaginosis: Use 1 tube daily for 7 days.
  • To maintain the natural pH and prevent recurrence of symptoms: Use 1 tube daily for 7 days.
  • To help maintain the pH level during a course of antibiotics: Use 1 tube daily at the end of the course for 4-5 days.
  • If you notice a recurrence of symptoms around the time of your period: Use 1 tube daily at the end of your period for 1-2 days.
