For internal piles: Wash the area and dry it. Then screw the tube's nozzle onto it and take off the cap. Place the nozzle in the back passage, and gently squeeze. After each use, clean the nozzle.

Anusol Plus HC suppositories are only to be used rectally for internal piles. They should not be taken orally. Insert 1 suppository in the rectum as high as you are comfortable, for a maximum time of 7 days.

The general dose recommendation of Anusol HC is to inject one suppository tablet in the morning, at night or after each bowel movement, as per the instructions of your doctor.

Do not use it for more than 3 suppository tablets in a day. Do not use this medication for more than 7 continuous days unless recommended by your doctor.
