Fybogel Mebeverine should be taken by adults over 12 years. One sachet should be taken half an hour before breakfast and one half an hour before dinner. If necessary, a third dose can be taken up to an hour before lunch.

Mix each sachet with granules in a glass of cold water and drink immediately.

Fybogel Mebeverine should not be taken without water. Before taking the granules, it is important to stir them into a glass of water. If the granules are not mixed with water it may cause blockage in the stomach. Drink lots of liquid throughout the day.

Fybogel Mebeverine should not be taken shortly before you go to bed.

If your symptoms worsen or you experience new symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.

Adults above the age of 12 years should take one sachet of the Fybogel Mebeverine 30 minutes before breakfast and another sachet 30 minutes before dinner. If it is required to increase the dose, another sachet can be taken 30 minutes before lunch.
