The 100% sea water based solution is enriched with copper salts to gently cleanse nasal passages, washing away impurities in the nose including airbornes responsible for colds.

Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray is free from steroids, drugs and preservatives and is suitable for adults (including pregnant women) and children aged 3 years and over. 

Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.

To help to limit common cold symptoms and to moisturise the nasal mucosa:
  • Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril.
  • Spray once or twice in each nostril.
  • Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities:
  • Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril.
  • Spray once 2 to 3 seconds.
  • Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose

  • Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight.
