Apply Silkis ointment to affected areas at least twice daily, morning and evening. Do not exceed 30g of the medication per day. It is restricted to apply on up to 35% of the skin of your body only.
Use Silkis ointment after washing and drying the area. Apply the emollient gently to the affected area and massage it until fully absorbed into the skin. Don't cover the area. Let it air dry naturally.
Wash your hands with soap and water after each application. Your doctor may recommend that you discontinue using Silkis ointment if the condition worsens. Your doctor may recommend that you re-use the cream if the condition reappears or the lesion recurs.
Do not exceed your dermatologist's prescribed dosage. You can use a maximum of 30g of Silkis ointment daily. It can only be applied to 35% of your body's affected areas.
