The Microwaveable Neck Wrap can also be frozen for use as a cold compress. It will provide many hours of relief and can be re-used as often as required.

To use as a heat pack:
- Heat for no more than 90 seconds in a microwave oven of up to 1000 watts.
- Do not overheat, take care when removing from the microwave and allow to stand for one minute before use.
- Rub briskly between your hands to evenly distribute the heat before use.
- Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Do not place on or near sensitive skin or open wounds.
- Diabetics and people with circulatory problems should ask a medical professional to check if it is safe for them to to use.
