How to Use:

Tear open the sachet to reveal the plaster.
Gently bend the plaster and detach the center part of the protective film.
Apply the plaster to the painful area and peel off both sides of the film.

Use one plaster in the morning and another in the evening for up to 12 hours.

Not for Use on the Face: This plaster is for use on the body only.
