How to take Mebeverine MR 60 Capsules

Take ONE capsules to be taken TWICE daily, swallowed whole with a glass of water.
Colofac MR Capsules are usually only taken when a flare-up of IBS is occurring. Stop taking them when you feel better, which may take up to 2 weeks.
If you find your symptoms have not improved after 2 weeks, or have gotten worse contact your doctor.

IBS is usually caused by certain foods. Certain foods are more likely to cause it than other such as fatty, spicy or processed foods.
