How to Use

1. Undo all straps and place the support on the floor with your heel positioned in the heel opening.

2. Wrap the upper and lower straps around the ankle and secure the fasteners.

3. Wrap the power band around, over, and under the foot in a figure-of-eight motion and fasten.

4. Adjust the fit so the support feels secure without restricting circulation.

Care Instructions
