Calpol Soothe & Care Saline Nasal Drops are an isotonic nasal saline solution that relieves nasal congestion due to cold and flu, sinusitis, allergies (including hayfever) and post-nasal surgery. They work by gently cleaning and moistening the mucous membranes of the nose.

Calpol Soothe & Care Saline Nasal Drops are suitable for infants, babies and adults, including pregnant women, and are suitable for long-term use. 

Infants and babies up to 2 years
  • One drop into each nostril as required:
    • Lay your child down and tilt the head back slightly to apply.
    • Insert pipette into nostril and release one drop.
    • To prevent any nasal secretion from being sucked in, do not release the rubber bung until the pipette has been removed from the nose.
    • Repeat the application in the other nostril.
Children over 2 years and adults
  • One to two drops into each nostril as required:
    • Lay your child down and tilt the head back slightly to apply.
    • Insert pipette into nostril and release one to two drops.
    • To prevent any nasal secretion from being sucked in, do not release the rubber bung until the pipette has been removed from the nose.
    • Repeat the application in the other nostril.

  • Active Ingredient: Isotonic Saline Solution containing Sodium Chloride 0.46% w/v, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate 0.368% w/v and Disodium Phosphate Dihydrate 0.712% w/v.
  • Other Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride.

  • Store below 25°C.
  • Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
  • Do not use after the date shown as an expiry date on the packaging.
  • Note the date of first opening on the container. Discard 12 weeks after first opening.
