Whether your little one's blocked nose is caused by cold or flu, sinusitis or hayfever or other allergies, this easy-to-use spray provides effective, natural congestion relief.

If pain and fever relief is also required, Calpol Saline Nasal Spray can be safely used alongside Calpol Infant Suspension (for babies from 3 months).

Infants & babies up to 2 years:
  • One spray into each nostril as required.
  • Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
  • Put the nozzle into a nostril and press the spray head once.
  • Then repeat in the other nostril.
Children over 2 years & adults:
  • One or two sprays into each nostril as required.
  • Put the nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle vertically.
  • Press the other nostril closed.
  • Press the spray head once and spray deeply, breathing in at the same time.
  • Then repeat in the other nostril.

  • Active Ingredient: Sodium chloride 0.9%.
  • Other Ingredients: Sodium hydrogen carbonate anhydrous, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and purified water.
