Directions for use:
Open the sachet by hand, exposure to air starts the warming action. To protect feet from the cold remove the paper backing and adhere one warmer to the outside of the sock underneath the toe area. Wear the sock and warmer in appropriate shoe or boot. The level of protection against the cold to be assessed by the user.

Do not use product:
On infants or small children, on frostbite, while sleeping, on scars, over open wounds, on desensitised skin, on bruising, on inflammation or swelling, with other heating devices, if you have allergies, arthritis, sensitive skin, diabetes, Circulatory problems, nerve damage or paralysis.

Storage:
Store in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight.

Caution:
Burn Hazard.
Monitor frequently and remove the warmer if it feels uncomfortably hot.
Only use the warmer to warm feet.
Do not use on any other part of the body except the feet.
Do not use for medical treatment or pain relief.
For external use only.
Do not heat this product up in a microwave.
Do not use in oxygen enriched environments.
Do not use the warmer for longer than stated.
Do not puncture or allow inner ingredients to contact the eyes or mouth.
If the inner ingredients come into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
If the inner ingredients get into the mouth or are swallowed seek immediate medical attention since the ingredients can be harmful if swallowed. Single use- to not attempt to reheat.
Those unable to remove the warmers by themselves should be supervised during use.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
