Do not take grapefruit and grapefruit juice while on Sevikar, as it may interact with the medication and lower your blood pressure too much.

Flushing
Abdominal pain, unusual bowel habits, diarrhoea, constipation, indigestion
Tiredness, weakness
Visual disturbances
Muscle cramps
