Do NOT use Tabphyn MR Capsules 400mcg 30 Pack if:
- You are allergic to tamsulosin or any other ingredients in the capsules.
- You have a history of severe liver problems.
- You experience episodes of severe dizziness or fainting due to low blood pressure.
Check with your doctor before using Tabphyn MR Capsules 400mcg 30 Pack if:
- You have kidney or liver problems.
- You have low blood pressure or experience dizziness when standing up.
- You are scheduled for eye surgery, particularly cataract surgery.
- You are taking other medications that affect blood pressure.

- Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew.
- Take one capsule daily after the same meal each day.
