The general dosage of Zomig Rapimelt is 2.5 mg a day to 5 mg a day, depending on what your doctor advises.

You may start with a low dose of 2.5 mg and your doctor may gradually increase it up to a maximum of 5 mg. Repeat the dose after 2 hours, if the migraine persists.

Do not exceed a total of 10 mg in the next 24 hours.

The safety is not established in migraine treatments of greater than three consecutive migraine attacks in a 30 day period.
