Numark Vapour Rub contains eucalyptus and menthol, perfect for clearing nasal congestion.
Numark Vapour rub is not suitable for children under 5 years of age alternatively there is Numark Children's Vapour Rub ideal for children over 6 months of age.

Directions for Use:
Rub a small amount onto the chest, throat and back, and also below the nose, particularly just before going to bed.
Alternatively (adults only), mix a little (2 teaspoons) in hot water and inhale the vapours for 5-10 minutes.
Do not re-heat the mixture.

Warnings:
For external use only.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not place in nostrils.
Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
Keep out of the reach of children.

Vicks VapoRub relieves nasal catarrh, congestion, sore throat and coughs due to colds. The ointment contains natural oils, carefully selected for their soothing properties:
  • Levomenthol and camphor calm a cough.
  • Eucalyptus oil and Levomenthol relieve nasal congestion (blocked nose).
  • Eucalyptus oil relieves catarrh.
Vicks VapoRub can be used by adults and children from 2 years.

Adults

Rub Vicks VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Rub in well over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.

Place hot (not boiling) water in a suitable bowl for inhalation. Melt two teaspoons of VapoRub into the bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours. Never re-heat the mixture or heat Vaporub in microwave.

Children over 2 years

Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

  • Active Ingredients: Levomenthol, Camphor, Eucalyptus Oil and Turpentine Oil.
  • Other Ingredients: Thymol, Cedarwood Oil and White Soft Paraffin.

  • Do not bandage tightly.
  • Do not use with heat wrap. 
Do not use Vicks VapoRub:
  • If you are allergic to any of the actives or other ingredients.
  • On children under 2 years.
  • As an inhalation for children under 12 years.
  • On broken skin, wounds or mucous membranes.
  • Swallow or apply directly onto the nostrils, eyes, mouth or face.
  • While breastfeeding, as there is a very low chance that the baby's breathing may be affected.
