Numark Multivitamins & Iron 60. A combination of vitamins to help with everyday wellbeing. Iron helps to combat tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage:
For adults and children over 12 years
Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Caution:
Government advice is for pregnant women to avoid taking more than 800µg Vitamin A per day.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
