A strip contains 21 tablets. Each tablet is labelled with the day of the week so it's easy to track. After you have finished your 21 pills, you should take 7 days off and not take any pills. While you are protected from pregnancy, you will likely experience a "withdrawal bleeding" which is similar to a period. After those seven days, you will need to start your next strip.
For 21 days, take 1 Lucette tablet every day at the same time. Follow the instructions on the pack and take the tablet in the top row that corresponds to the correct day of the week.
For 7 days, stop taking Lucette tablets after 21 days. You will experience a regular period. Start a new pack of Lucette tablets on day 8.
