Instructions for Use
- Clean the skin in the area where you want to apply the electrode pads
- Attach the electrode pads to the lead wires before applying to skin
- Place the pads on or around the painful area (at least 2.5cm apart)
- Turn on the unit and start at the lowest intensity setting
- Gradually increase the intensity until you feel a comfortable tingling sensation
- Use for 15-30 minutes per session as needed
- Turn off the unit before removing the electrode pads
Do NOT Use If:
- You have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device
- You have epilepsy or a history of seizures
- You are pregnant (unless under medical supervision)
- You have a heart condition or heart rhythm problems
- The cause of your pain has not been diagnosed
Do NOT Apply Electrodes:
- On the front or side of the neck (over carotid arteries)
- Over the eyes or head
- Over the heart or across the chest
- On broken, irritated or infected skin
- Over areas with reduced sensation
- Internally or on mucous membranes
