Remove the paper strip by peeling it away with your hand and apply the patch to the clothing or the underwear that covers the affected area. Do not stick the patch to thin or delicate fabrics, as adhesive could damage them. Avoid applying the patch directly on the skin as it can cause burns.

The heat patch heats slowly and then reaches its maximum temperature in about 30 minutes. It will then heat up for approximately 12 hours, providing warmth-based comfort throughout that time.

After the 12-hour period has ended, gently peel off the patch and dispose of it with general waste.

Children under 12 years old should not use Cura-Heat Period Heat Pain Heat Patches. Do not apply this patch at the same time as any creams, rubs or lotions to the skin or near other heat sources. Do not apply the patch to red, inflamed or broken skin.
