Concerta XL Tablets contain methylphenidate hydrochloride (modified-release) and are used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, adolescents, and adults. They help increase attention, focus, and impulse control by affecting chemicals in the brain that contribute to hyperactivity and impulsivity.
