Aymes Shake Fibre Vanilla is a high protein, high fibre vanilla flavoured powder shake that balances protein, fats, carbohydrates, and calories to provide a nutritionally balanced and nourishing drink. Each Aymes Vanilla Fibre shake provides 374 calories and 19 grams of protein when mixed with 200ml of whole milk.

How to make Aymes Vanilla flavoured fibre shakes:

When using a Shaker
Caution - Do not use hot liquids
Pour 200mls of the liquid into the shaker.
Add a sachet of powder.
You can fasten the lid well & shake vigorously.
Decant to drink immediately.
Or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

When using a whisk or fork
Works for hot & cold liquids
Pour 50ml of the liquid into a glass or mug.
Add one sachet of shake powder.
Mix to a smooth paste.
Add the rest of the liquid and whisk again.
