If these or any other side effect perists or worsen, report it immediately to your doctor.

Do not take more than 2 tablets of Almogran in 24 hours.

Almogran sometimes causes drowsiness, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.

Almogran should not be used to prevent migraines but to provide relief to a migraine headache when it has started.

Do not take Almogran in combination with other triptan medicines such as sumatriptan, eletriptan, zolmitriptan, or naratriptan.
